1 cup of Greek/Natural Yoghurt (CoYo for those who are dairy free)
2 teaspoon cacao
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 banana sliced (can mash but I like the fruit bits)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl well and freeze in freezer save bowl for at least 2 hours.
For some extra fun add a handful of berries, sprinkle with cacao nibs, or use rice syrup in place of maple syrup.
