How much time do I need to commit to this each week?

The best thing about this is you can do it at your own pace, slot it in when you have time. I have deliberately kept the videos short so you can fit them in when suits.

Can I do this program if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Unfortunately this program isn’t for those who are pregnant and breastfeeding as it does not take into account the additional calories and micronutrients needed in these scenarios.

Can I do this program if I take prescription medication?

Please consult your medical professional to ensure that dietary and lifestyle change will not have an impact on your medical situation or medication.
